Processing & Delivery Times
The sooner you get your hands on your new ROLER get-up the better. That’s why we aim to dispatch your online order the next business day. During peak, promotional periods there can be delays on the date of dispatch due to the high volume of orders we receive. All ROLER orders are picked, packed and dispatched from Marrickville, Sydney. Please note, our DC is closed on weekends and NSW public holidays.
Once your order has been placed you will receive an order confirmation email. Upon despatch, you will immediately receive another email with your tracking number. If you do not receive these email confirmations, please email our Customer Care at: contactus@industrie.com.au
All orders are dispatched using Australia Post and require a signature on delivery. If you are not present at the time of delivery, a card will be left at the delivery address. Present this card with photo ID to collect your parcel from the post office.
The nomination of a business address as your delivery address opens signature authority to any person at that business address. We strongly advise against this. If your order is shipped to and signed for, on your behalf, at a business address, ROLER will not accept responsibility for any parcel that is lost or damaged.

Customs/Import Duties and Taxes
Import duties and taxes may apply to orders for delivery outside of Australia and are levied by the destination country. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost, and vary widely depending on the product value and the country you are having your order delivered to. The customer as the recipient of any order shipped outside of Australia will be liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are having your order delivered to. ROLER will include a commercial invoice declaring the full dollar value paid on the international shipments.
If you refuse a shipment from ROLER, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any applicable tax and duty charges and the cost of returning the package. ROLER cannot mark international orders as a ‘gift’ in order to bypass or reduce customs fees.
