  • Discount code entitles subscribed customer to receive 10% off their first online order when spending $100 or more on full price items.
  • Discount code is valid for single use only, with no expiration date.

  • Only one (1) discount code can be applied to a single order.

  • If items from the order are returned and your order no longer meets the spend level required for the promotion, all remaining items will be charged at their listed price at the time of purchase.

1. Promotion Overview 

  • Promotion Name: Sign up to go into the draw to Win a Silver iPhone Pro17 valued at $1,999 AUD. 

  • Eligible States/Territories: Australia only. 

  • Entrants must be aged 18 years or over. 

  • No purchase is necessary to enter; simply subscribe to the Roler database. 

  • All subscribers to the Roler database during the promotion period will be automatically entered into the prize draw. 

  • Promotion Period: Monday 10th November 2025  at 6:00 PM AEST – Friday 19th December 2025 at 11:59 PM AEST. Entries received after this time will not be accepted. 

  • Eligible Entrants: Australian residents aged 18 years and over who comply with the Method of Entry. 

  • Prize: One (1) × iPhone Pro17 Silver (256 GB) valued at $1,999 AUD.  

  • Total Prize Pool: $1,999 AUD. 

  • To note; box is unsealed – iPhone Pro17 Silver is new and unused.

2. Method of Entry 

To be eligible, entrants must: 

  • Sign up to the Roler Clothing email database; 

  • Remain subscribed for the duration of the promotion. 

Additional entries may be earned by: 

  • Joining the email database; 

  • Making any online purchase during the promotion period; 

  • Making a purchase in the Roler Hurstville (NSW) or Roler South Wharf (VIC) store during the promotion period; 

  • Following @rolerclothing on Instagram; 

  • Commenting on the competition post; and 

  • Sharing the promotional post on Instagram; more shares will result in more entries.  

  • Employees of Industrie Clothing or Roler Clothing are not eligible to enter.  

Entrants must hold genuine accounts and comply with platform terms of use. 

You must be subscribed to our Roler Clothing database to be notified you have won.  

3. Drawing of Winner 

  • The winner will be selected at random from eligible entries. 

  • The draw will occur Monday 22 December 2025 at 3:00 PM AEST at 228 Pitt Street, Sydney NSW 2000. 

  • The winner will be notified via email within 24 hours and announced publicly on @rolerclothing within 48 hours.  

  • In the event of a dispute regarding identity, the winning entry will be deemed to have been submitted by the natural person who is the authorised holder of the social-media account used. 

  • Industrie Clothing’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into. 

4. Prize Conditions 

  • The prize is non-negotiable, non-transferable, and non-refundable. 

  • No cash alternative is available. If the prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the Promoter’s control, it may be replaced with an item of equal or greater value. 

  • The winner will be required to provide valid government-issued photo identification (such as a driver’s licence or passport) to verify their identity and eligibility before the prize is awarded. 

  • Failure to provide satisfactory identification may result in disqualification and redraw.Shape 

5. Winner Publication & Publicity Consent 

  • By entering, the winner consents to their first name, suburb, and/or social media handle being published on Roler Clothing’s social media channels and website for publicity purposes. 

  • The winner also consents to the Promoter capturing and using their image, video, or audio for reasonable marketing and promotional activities without further paymentShape 

6. Claiming the Prize & Redraws 

  • The winner must respond to the notification and provide full contact details within two (2) days to claim the prize. 

  • If the winner fails to claim by that time, a replacement winner will be drawn Wednesday 24 December 2025 at 3:00 PM AEST using the same random method. 

  • Winner can collect the prize directly from INDUSTRIE head office, 228 Pitt Street, Sydney NSW 2000, alternatively, Australia wide only shipping will be arranged.  

  • Any replacement winner will be notified within 24 hours and announced within one business day of the redraw.Shape 

7. Personal Information 

  • The Promoter collects personal information to conduct the competition and deliver the prize. 

  • Information may be shared solely with third parties involved in fulfilment (e.g. delivery services or verification agencies). 

  • Data will be handled in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy and the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). 

  • Participants may opt out of marketing communications at any time via unsubscribe links. 

8. Intellectual Property 

  • By entering, participants grant the Promoter a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use any images or content they submit in connection with the promotion for marketing purposes. 

  • Entrants warrant that they own all rights to any content submitted and that its use will not infringe the rights of any third party.  

9. Liability 

  • Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes statutory consumer guarantees under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth). 

  • Except for liability that cannot be excluded, the Promoter and its employees, officers, and agents disclaim all liability for any loss, damage, injury, or claim arising from participation or prize use, including technical failures, delays, unauthorised access, or third-party interference. 

  • The Promoter is not responsible for any tax liability that may arise from winning the prize. 

  • Where liability cannot be excluded but may be limited, the Promoter’s liability is restricted to re-supplying the relevant goods or services or paying the cost of doing so. 

10. General 

  • Entrants are responsible for any costs associated with internet access or participation. 

  • The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion at any time if circumstances arise outside its control. 

  • If any provision of these Terms is found invalid, the remainder shall remain in full force. 

  • Failure by the Promoter to enforce any right at any time does not constitute a waiver of those rights. Shape

How to Play:

  • Tickets cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer and are not valid for use at any other store.
  • One redemption is permitted per ticket and will be collated by staff in store.
  • Ticket is valid for one day only – Saturday 25 October 2025.
  • Limited items available while stocks last.

Eligibility:

  • Open to customers 16 years and over.
  • Children under 16 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

Game Rules:

  • Each player has one turn only. Multiple rounds or combining tickets is not permitted.
  • Players must only enter the machine when instructed by staff.
  • The game runs for approximately 10 seconds per turn.
  • Players may grab as many tickets as they can within the time limit.
  • Only tickets fully removed from the air chamber are considered valid.
  • No use of other tools or materials to collect tickets. Any use of bags, clothing or objects will result in immediate disqualification and tokens will not be valid for redemption.
  • One participant at a time. Participants must not be intoxicated.
  • No jumping, sitting, or leaning against the booth. Use arms only, not legs.
  • Goggles must be worn as provided.
  • Participants must always stand upright with legs shoulder width apart.

Prizes:

  • Prizes are not transferable, redeemable for cash, or exchangeable.
  • Lost or damaged prize cards will not be replaced.
  • Tickets can not be used for the purchase of gift vouchers.

  • Prizes must be claimed on the day of play.

Safety:

  • Follow staff instructions at all times.
  • Do not climb, lean, or shake the machine.
  • Any unsafe or inappropriate behaviour may result in disqualification.

General Conditions:

  • Staff reserve the right to refuse entry if conditions of play are not followed.
  • By participating, players agree to these Terms of Play and any decisions made by event staff.
